The conditions for using Passform, short enough to read.
What the service does
Passform converts a CV into Europass format, with optional anonymisation and branding, and matches profiles against the open positions published on the platform.
Processing uses a language model. Always read the result: the structure can carry interpretation errors, and what you send to a client remains your responsibility.
What we ask of you
Upload only CVs you are entitled to handle: your own, or one from a person who authorised you.
Do not use the service to process data of people who did not consent, or for discriminatory purposes.
Do not work around usage limits with multiple accounts.
Subscriptions and payments
Plans renew monthly until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
The candidate season is a one-off payment valid for 90 days: it does not renew and creates no further charges.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the service before that period ends, you accept that performance begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal is reduced in proportion to what you have already used.
Availability and limits
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for hiring decisions made on the basis of the generated documents, nor for the outcome of any application.
We may suspend an account that uses the service in breach of these terms, stating the reason.

For support write to supporto@hyperionsrl.cloud. On the Team plan we answer within 1 business day; on the other plans as soon as we can.
Governing law
Italian law applies. For disputes with businesses, the court of the controller's registered office has jurisdiction; for consumers, the court of the consumer's residence.
